The Phnom Penh Night Market has been a tourist attraction for many years. It's a place to shop, eat, and enjoy some singing. Or not. In our 4 years of living in Phnom Penh, we've only been there once... Once between the 2 of us. Needless to say, I don't really consider it a must-see tourist attraction, but we're giving it another chance.
