The Phimai National Museum is located just a few hundred meters from Phimai Historical Park. The museum displays many lintels of Khmer temples found not only in Phimai but in the whole Isaan (Northeastern Thailand) region. Many lintels and other temple sculptures are also present in the open air (not enough place to show them all inside) outside the museum building.
