Tallinn Black Nights Film Festival brings you "Meet the Filmmakers" episode
“Red Code Blue”. Interview with the director Oskars Rupenheits and lead actor Raitis Stūrmanis, interviewer Edvinas Pukšta.

Acclaimed Latvian director Oskars Rupenheits brings his new film “Red Code Blue” to PÖFF — a story that plunges into the reality of 1990s Riga, a time when street rules, corruption and survival instincts often outweighed official law. At the center of the film is an idealistic investigator forced to make choices that no longer fit within the boundaries of legality.
Rupenheits’ work is marked by a sharp eye for the social fractures of his country and an ability to create an atmosphere that lingers with the viewer long after leaving the cinema.
