The Critics' Picks Competition film “Round 13”, is a tender, powerful, and deeply human Tunisian drama. It shatters the peaceful life of former boxing champion Kamel when his beloved son, Sabri, is diagnosed with a life-threatening tumour. Director Mohamed Ali Nahdi is a former Tunisian actor who trained at the Tunisian National Theatre and later studied editing in Paris, having previously won the Golden Falcon at the Arab Film Festival in Rotterdam for his short film The Project.
