Let's just get this out of the way: I have been LOVING the new Star Wars TV Show "Andor" on Disney+. It's easily my favorite Star Wars product since Disney bought the franchise and one of my favorite shows of the year.

So when I saw that Mon Mothma's husband, Perrin, was serving a drink in a party scene called the "Embassy Punch," I knew that I had to do a cocktail tribute to it.

After much experimentation, I came up with a recipe that I really like. The key to this drink is making sure you use a good quality blue curacao. Most of the ones out there are garbage, you definitely get what you pay for. I recommend the Marie Brizzard bottle I used in this video and have heard good things about the Giffard and Combier bottles as well.

PERRIN'S EMBASSY PUNCH
- 2 oz gin (or pisco)
- 1 oz Cocchi Americano
- 1/2 oz blue curacao
- 2 dashes orange bitters
- 1 dash absinthe

Combine all ingredients and stir with ice. Strain into a Nick & Nora glass that has been spritzed with a dash of absinthe. Enjoy!
