Pearl White, a submarine, secret plans, villainous spies, and a bomb. What could possibly go wrong? Everything apparently. The 1914 Pathe series “The Perils of Pauline” catapulted both the serial and Pearl White to stardom, and in honor of today (March 4th) being Pearl White’s 132nd birthday I thought I’d upload my favorite chapter of the famous “Perils”, “The Tragic Plunge” online with my accompaniment.
