Just so there's not any ambiguity, the Z button refers to the button used for confirming things, because the default settings set that to the Z button.
The first Z press confirms Omori, Aubrey, and Kel's attacks. I let it go to select an action for Hero, and then press Z for the entire rest of the fight. Held button presses go through dialogue, but not after follow-ups, which is why I don't use any.
This is about the most pointless challenge video, but I suppose proof of concept? Either way, I think this challenge was pretty cool.
Ironically, level 50 is worse than a lower level if you don't have whole pizzas/dino clumps, because party members otherwise have to have at most 350 heart to survive the Wrath attack. Since I don't mod Omori and didn't want to do it the hard way, I just leveled up to about 30. (Edit: I could've done this at level 43 and been under the 350 HP threshold, including the Branch Coral buff on Omori.)
Other than that, there's nothing too special. I gave all of the attacking party members a hit rate increasing charm to guarantee hits, though I could've done Globe + Contract on Kel so he could contribute a little more himself.
I use Abbi's Eye because, aside from giving big stats and being a hit rate charm, the start of combat Observe effect skips Perfectheart's phase 2. There's a 50% chance that she either continues to act normally or starts spamming Wrath. Since the latter makes it completely impossible for her to kill us (as long as we're under 350 max HP), I opt for that.
I mainly put Appendix on Hero because it was funny. Since he doesn't attack and Wrath is based on max HP, I don't need to worry about stats otherwise.
Equipment:
Omori: Rusty Knife, Gladiolus Hairband
Aubrey: Cool Noodle, Abbi's Eye
Kel: Snowball, Rose Hairclip
Hero: Frying Pan, Appendix
