Peach season is peaking on the West Coast of the United States, which means we only have a couple weeks until the season is over. In this live broadcast, I'm joined by Renaissance Reno Executive Sous Chef, Sean Munshaw, who will be demonstrating his signature peach salad, and halibut tacos with peach salsa.
For dessert, I'll be demonstrating a peach tart with two types of pie crust.
