In a previous video, I demonstrated how to make a universal cauliflower soup base, in which the cauliflower could easily be substituted for any given vegetable. In this video, I will demonstrate how to plate the cauliflower soup as a "composed soup," where the garnishes are presented in a bowl and the soup base is poured table side.
