I am a big fan of Melanie, and as the days are growing even darker in this world, I have this song going round and round my head,so, I thought i'd do my own simple arrangement.
I have often wondered what Melanie's lyrics 'Please buy one' mean. My interpretation is that it refers to buying the chance of peace.. I have read though that wrist bands were sold at music festivals during Vietnam to wear in protest, and so 'Please buy one' perhaps means that...
Whatever the reason , this world needs peace now more than anything.
