In memory of Shane MacGowan .
This is a very raw take on one of The Pogues songs that I fell in love with when I heard it on the soundtrack of the movie 'PS I love You..But, I just wanted to sing it today:) My first recording for well over a year i believe, and forgive the ropey guitar, but i still struggle with the arm i broke and also it needs new strings!!
I certainly hope there will be many a bell ringing, and Guinness pouring, and much loud singing to Fairy Tale Of New York' this Christmas eve by many , in memory of Shane..A very sad loss.
