Here's a chat I recorded on the 1st of May in the home of Paddy Murphy with his daughter Patricia Hyland. It is a pure loose chat where Patricia and myself ask Paddy questions about his father and grandfather, both fought in 1916, the War of Independence years, and after. A lot of stuff covered here, very local but solid social and family history. Too much to try relate here and the photos at the end were great for me as I hadn't seen many before. Lovely spirit to Paddy, a good solid Wexford man. And shur in typical Irish fashion, it went from funny to sad and all in between. Have a listen - great stuff.
