GGG added some amazing new quality of life to instilling (annointing for the PoE 1 Players) to PoE 2 that lets you see all the possible Notables passives you enchant your Amulet with from your current collection of Liquid Emotions (Formerly called Distilled Emotions). Great for early game to just find any decent notable you can add to your build! Especially useful for solving mana problems, life recovery or helping with things like stuns and ailments.
