I've had suggestions for patch note reviews for a while and since this is such a large patch notes I thought I'd start now. An average patch notes review would probably be about half this length.
The patch notes can be found with the weekly update stickies in the recent updates forum. They give information about small fixes which weren't put in the main news post. In this video I go over the fixes that might be noticed or useful for a decent number of people.

Skills & Minigames:
"The Squeal of Fortune will no longer occasionally open on the "claim reward" screen instead of the spin screen, with an unclaimable 200m coins prize." *Just lol, also idk why they put this in the minigame section..
CW Halos work with Augury and Rigour. *Hopefully they'll remember to make them work for torment and anguish.
Divine spirit shield no longer drains your prayer while using an invulnerability crystal in Fight Kiln
Other:
Ingame message when you reach 50 charges left on a polypore staff.
Chat box can now be resized. *Yay
Rapid Restore and Rapid Renewal can be used at the same time. *o.O does anyone actually use these
Fish Flingers:
*MAJOR rework of the scoring system, but the gameplay isn't changed much.
Fishing Costume can go in your PoH costume room.
Tokens are awarded for: each big fish caught(up to 3), 1 per 2 assists(up to 6), 1 per 2 perfect tackle(up to 6)
Medals are now awarded for 1. Catching 3 big fish, 2. Assisting 6 times, 3. Getting 3 perfect tackle, 4. Getting 6 perfect tackle.
Big fish don't spawn if there are other big fish around.
10 tickets can now be stored with the fisherman rather than 5
Fish flingers tickets can be obtained randomly by fishing in normal rs
When a round finishes you get a message saying how many tickets you have left
You can use raw fish on a tackle box to store it, and use the new right click option to withdraw.
Fishing Urns can be stored in tackle boxes

A lot of people have been asking me for advice on PoP so hopefully this helps a bit.
In short, you want the highest chance of success on each voyage. Since you easily have enough time to do voyages one at a time, you should do that so you can also get the best chance of success for each voyage. If your voyage has a very high percent of success you should try to bring the ardy merchant so you get extra resources.")
