It takes endurance. Every job has a lot of different elements, some of which may not be very exciting to you. However, if you want to continue your career, if you want to advance, you need to start getting comfortable with being bored.
To reach your dream job, you may have to climb a ladder. Or maybe you need to work part-time jobs to pay for the education that will get you into your dream job. There are plenty of things on this Earth that no one wants to do, but nevertheless must get done. Sometimes, you're going to have to be the person to do those things. Learn from your experiences, stick to your guns, and stay humble. That's how professionals are made.
