This couple claim their beloved pet parrot sees them as 'mummy bird' - as he brings them snacks to chew up so he can eat directly out of their mouths like a chick would in the wild.

Jenny and Simon Mojsej, who live in Barnstaple, Devon, revealed their six-year-old parrot Benji's, 'everyday' habit of taking snacks from inside the packet and feeding it to them.

However further footage reveals they are so close to their pet that they then often chew up the food and allow the parrot to eat the mush from off their tongue - just like chicks would do in the wild.
