A farming assistant claims being accidentally booted in the face by a cranky cow was 'meant to be' - after it inspired her to change career paths and become a medical tattooist.

Darcie Rowlandson was bringing a couple of dairy cows in from the fields ahead of a storm when the headstrong beast decided she wanted to stay out.

Instead of obediently sauntering into the shed, the 62st cow turned in the opposite direction and accidentally knocked Darcie to the ground.
