I encountered parallax error the other day when I made a video with a Leader audio generator. If you are using an analog voltmeter, this is only important if you need to make real accurate measurements. The Kyoritsu VOM has a built-in anti-parallax mirror. When you no longer see the pointer reflection in the mirror, your viewing angle is correct. The shadow of the pointer is not the reflection.
