Receiver supposedly had "blown" amp. Amp checked out good. Neither AM nor FM worked. B+ voltage to tuner was checked. Right over 13 volts went into tuner board. But neither RF transistor nor tuner ICs had any power supply voltages. Problem was found to be broken trace on component side of tuner board. All switches and potentiometers were cleaned. Idlling bias for both channels was adjusted to 15 millivolts. Two 8 volt, 300 milliampere pilot lamps were also defective. 8 volt, 250 milliampere lamps were found.
