Unit had stuck CD and CD player would not work. Unit was then disassembled and the laser current was measured. The voltage across R101 (10 Ohm resistor) was measured and then the current drawn by the laser was figured out. To do this, I had to divide the voltage by the resistance. Current was determined to be 100 mA or more. Normal is 30 - 60 mA. Laser pickup is assumed to be faulty.
