Mansi Makes | Painting on a Gel Plate with Acrylics @MansiMakes | Uploaded March 2021 | Updated October 2024, 9 hours ago.
Today, I’m sharing how you can use your gel plate as a canvas and make some realistic paintings. My favorite fruit is a Bosc pear. I love baking it with some cinnamon and topping it with vanilla ice cream (the only time I’ll eat vanilla ice cream!). Most perfect dessert ever!
This was, again, a first for me and I thoroughly enjoyed the process while surprising myself at the same time. I love that the gel plate allows me to experiment and get out of my comfort zone...it continually challenges me to expand upon existing skill sets and ideas thay lead me down interesting paths and results in paintings like these!
Have you ever tried painting on a gel plate like you would on canvas? Let me know in the comments.
