Do you have the right pain relief mindset?
It's typical to assume that the site of pain -- whether it's actual, physical pain or more metaphorical pain like debt, relationship struggles, grief and loss, etc. -- is where healing or resolution needs to happen. But in truth, the symptom is not necessarily the same as the problem. And when you focus only on the symptoms, not only can you not access complete healing, you will also likely experience this problem over and over in your life until you come to accept it as "just how it is" or "reality."
