Pack Horse Dumbbell Crawling...(5pm special). This is a heavily-loaded version of a bear crawl/dumbbell crawl movement that just hammers the deep core muscles for training force transfer and stabilization.
I've got a pair of 105 lb dumbbells that I'm moving with my arms, I've got a pair of 20 lb ankle weights on my legs and I've got an 85 lb weight vest set across my back like a pack horse.

----------------
The way I did it was a drop set... fully loaded for the first crawl, then removed the weight vest, then farmers carry the weight back to the starting position, then crawl with the dumbbells and ankle weights, then carry the weight back, then crawl with just the dumbbells.
With lighter weight, you can crawl backwards as well, or just turn around and go back, too.
