Chest Day Special...Post Flyes. If you have a hard time feeling your chest, this one is worth messing around with (either before pressing to work on chest activation or after).
It hits both the stretch AND the contraction (isometrically) of the pecs by alternating arms during dumbbells flyes while pressing the OTHER dumbbell up against a solid post to get an inwards isometric contraction.

** IMPORTANT ** The top dumbbell is what you're going to use for balance, so as you come out to the side with the one-arm flye, the load is going to try and tilt you off the bench.... you have to push against the post with the other dumbbell to stabilize yourself and keep yourself from tilting over.
THIS is what gives you a good isometric "contracted-position" contraction with other pec while you're doing the flye so be sure to actively do this.
