The FPV goggle VRx modules of this comparison are:
👉 OwlRX module, without the "resistor mod", on firmware version 0013
👉 RapidFIRE module, batch #2, on firmware version 1.2.4
👉 True-D V3.5 module, on firmware version 3.8
👉 LaForge V4 diversity combo kit, on firmware version 4.3

For the firmware updates I used the latest updaters / software, as provided by the manufacturer of each module.
All modules were calibrated in the same environment, using a TBS Unify HV on F4 5800MHz at 25mW.
The flights were performed with the same quad, on the same day and location, with the VTx on F4 frequency (5800MHz) at 200mW.

It is a very tricky subject with loads of variables, making consistency and accuracy a hard task to achieve. Following great advice from people like Ira (Iftron) and repeatedly testing the performance uniformity of Hugo's (TrueRC) awesome antennas were very important steps, that helped keep many of these variables under control.
