Learn the Overhand Matador’s Wheel® with the RMT® Rope. Start with open overhand circles, rehearse the thumb-led crossing, then put the sequence together with the rope.

The lesson alternates a circle with palms facing each other and a circle with the hands crossed. Watch the hand rehearsal before adding the rope so you can see how the thumb leads the transition across the body and back out.
