Our Health is the largest multi-lingual national social health survey dedicated to Two-Spirit, lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans, queer, questioning, intersex, asexual, and other sexually and gender diverse people (also known as 2SLGBTQQIA+). The survey is available in English, French and Spanish.

This survey will help us tell politicians, policy makers, and service providers about our communities’ challenges and needs. CBRC especially wants to hear from those living with chronic health conditions. Very few studies have looked to understand 2SLGBTQQIA+ chronic health experiences, prioritizing instead research on sexual behaviour. This must change.

If you are a 2SLGBTQQIA+ individual 15 years or older and are currently living in Canada, you can participate! You will receive a small honorarium for completing the online survey.
