In this video, I collect the Moon "Our First Power Moon" with 0x A Presses and 1x Cappy throw, to do this you just want to walk up to the Chain Chomp, capture him and break the rock. Now you just do the Roll Hop trick to collect the Moon, or you get these Spiky Guys to follow you, so they can hit you into the Moon, the getting hit way is definitely easier but also slower. It might be possible to do this without throwing Cappy if we found a way to clip into the rock from the top, or just a way to walk into it from the side, but that seems very unlikely, so we'll just have to throw Cappy for this one.
This was done on the 1.2.0 Version of Super Mario Odyssey, but it's also possible in earlier versions of the game.
