What occupies the heart and mind each day? The Psalmist calls us to be haunted not by worries or past experiences, but by the constant presence of God. Like a child whose bond with a mother brings comfort without conscious thought, so our lives should be deeply rooted in God’s abiding companionship. When His presence fills every corner of our being, worries and fears have no room to enter. In challenges, misunderstandings, or trials, the soul finds rest in Him. "God is our Refuge"—His shelter is impenetrable. Let us live in His presence and experience this unshakable peace.
