An image sequence of this was created a opengl render-to-texture program I wrote using OpenSceneGraph, which then was turned into a quicktime movie by Quicktime Player Pro, converted to a DV avi file by Final Cut Pro, and then converted to WMV and composited with the music in Windows Movie Maker. All that would have been simpler, but my computer with Premiere is broken.
If you get bored in the first half skip to about 1:30.
