Watch Campbell County Clerk staff member Tammy Muse on the witness stand. She turns on the waterworks for the judge—but the exact second she turns to walk away? A massive, disrespectful eye roll.
But it gets worse. While she was on the stand, Circuit Court Clerk Bobby Vann was completely missing. He was officially served a subpoena for this hearing and blew it off. No warrant, no consequences. Rules for thee, but not for me.
