This video was takin on May 10, 2024, at the Campbell County Clerk's Office in Tennessee. Every time I try to speak with this woman on camera, she either runs away or hides her face. I don't understand why she acts like an immature baby. She works in Bobby Vann's office who is the Clerk in Campbell County Tennessee he also will not speak to you if you are recording. I'm going to provide their phone number if you feel inclined to redress your grievances.
