This incident happened on 12/23/2025. This is about Ginger Phillips who was unalived at the weigels in Knoxville after hours long stand off. However she had contact with the Caryville police department and its alleged she fired a weapon inside the TA on the 141 in Caryville Tennessee in Campbell County its also alleged officer fox had contact with Ginger Phillips he actually took her pew pew its also alleged they Called the DA office an Assistant DA and they told officer fox to give her weapon back and let her go.
