This video is from October of 2023. This is Chief Wallen of Lafollette Police Department trying to get former THP officer hired as a full time Lafollette Police Officer. Wallen claims all allegations against Lloyd are untrue and unfounded. Who out there believes this is total bs? Why is Wallen covering for his misdeeds? You have 3 guesses and the first 2 don't count. Please let me know your opinion why they would hire a cop that has a record like Lyin Lloyd. This is just the beginning with this criminal department.
