Discovered this new arrangement this week and instantly fell in love. :D
So, I decided to record an English dub.
It was a pain to record and edit the vocals, but it was fun at the same time.
And again, I cant sing like a dude to save my life. =w=
This song is so fun though. =w=
...I started out a bit sharp though, which is going to drive me nuts every time I listen to this song now. XD Oh well.

Despite everything, I still love Undertale.
So, over two years later, I finally give this arrangement the remaster it deserves. Because such an epic anthem deserves epic instruments to play it.
I dont do a whole lot of video game arrangements like I used to. Honestly, I think Ive moved on to write my own things, but its nice to go back every once in a while. And who knows? Maybe something is coming relatively soon that you guys will enjoy. ;)

Anyways! We had a ton of fun recording this, and to be honest it was VERY difficult for me not to spoil the surprise for everyone back in December when we first came up with the idea!

(But lets face it I have a LOT of favorite characters in this series)
I was actually asked/commissioned to write this based on a particular scene from the manga! But honestly, it could work for a lot of things.
Im honestly EXTREMELY proud of how this turned out. Ive never been satisfied with my percussion, but I got a new set of instruments and Im loving them! I hope I can write more epic orchestral pieces with them!!!

Theres only one person to blame, and thats me.
Hey guys! Long time no upload! Ive been super busy this summer with a full time job and havent really had the chance to write much music or do much at all since school ended in May. So I hope youll forgive me for being inactive for so long.
This song comes from a rather difficult time during the year. I struggled a lot with several instances of depression bad enough that I wouldnt bother to get to class on time or even show up at all. It was hard to keep going most days. I worried a lot about what is going to happen in my future, and Im not going to pretend that this worry is gone now. There were a lot of sleepless nights this year and there will probably be more.
This song means a lot to me. Its about that struggle of figuring out who you are underneath what seems to be nothing but emptiness. Depression itself is not necessarily universal, but everyone has struggled with figuring out who they are and where theyre going to go.
You can look at this is a lot of different lights. I hope this holds some meaning for you too.
