This is the first 3D test of what I will be calling OpenLase, a little framework and rendering library that I'm writing for my laser scanner.
The drawing library supports 2D and basic 3D line drawing, using an API inspired by OpenGL (e.g. you have olBegin, olVertex, olPushMatrix, etc.). It handles line segmentation, clipping, retrace, and some basic optimization so far. It's intended as a framework for realtime demos and games using laser scanner graphics. I use JACK as a backend for routing the "audio" (x-y-r-g-b) scanner data.

In these streams I show how I work. I may or may not talk, and I may or may not read the chat. If you need to catch my attention, its probably best to ping me on IRC, check out asahilinux.org for details!
There is currently no set schedule for these streams, so subscribe and click the bell if you want to be notified when they happen.
I do not broadcast background music, for copyright reasons and because my music tastes may not match yours. I highly recommend bringing along your own music! Work stream: Writing a hypervisor Pt.8 [2021-05-11]](https://i.ytimg.com/vi/iw_FvXnb_WQ/mqdefault.jpg)
