Import:
1 – Run OpenIV; Choose GTA V for Windows
2 – Navigate to model file you want to export
3 – In context menu, select Export to openFormats option
4 – Choose where you want to save exported file
5 – Now run 3DS Max, and open GIMS Evo for GTA V
6 – Click Import button, and select model file
7 – Done
Export:
1 - Make sure your materials and scene hierarchy is correct
2 – Open GIMS Evo for GTA V, and click export button
3 – Select folder where you want to save your files
4 – If your scene is correct, select objects which you want to export, and click continue
5 – When the export is completed, switch to OpenIV, and navigate to place where you want to import your model
6 – In context menu, choose Import openFormats option, and select files you want to import
7 – Click Ok to continue
8 – Done

Hello everyone, since Max Payne 3 was released in North America it also start selling in some store in Europe. So I think now it is a good time to make a first look at files from Xbox360 version of Max Payne 3.
But a small remainder before: OpenIV will able to open Max Payne 3 files begin from June release, but it will work only with PC version, we are not support any console modding here.
