This is not that hard if you do what I do. The reason you can't just shoot fire arrows at all of them is because they go out after about 30 seconds, which doesn't give enough time to shoot them all with the delay. There is also a specific distance you need to stand to light other torches with one. If you are too close to the torch you are trying to light, it will not light
