This is by far the easiest strat for spirit BK skip, in my opinion. It may seem off-putting because it is a 1 bomb superslide, but this is really, really easy.
All you have to do, is mash C until Link is dropping the bomb. From there, keep target held and mash B. While Link is slashing, let go of Z, and continue to mash B. Get ready to start mashing A to put away the sword, and once it's put away, roll.
There are 4 frames for this like a regular 1 bomb superslide, but the 2nd frame is still sketchy, so I always try to roll on frames 3 and 4. I don't personally use this anymore, but it's so free.
Useful in No IM/WW if you only get 2 bomb drops from the armos.
