One of my favorite things I tried in Medellín: a fresh, warm buñuelo 🧀✨ Made with cassava flour and queso costeño, they’re crispy on the outside, soft and cheesy on the inside, and just a little sweet. I’d heard they were a must-try in Colombia—and now I get it. They’re especially popular around the holidays, but you’ll find them year-round at bakeries and cafés, usually served with café con leche or hot chocolate. Simple, cozy, and so good.
