One Billion Rising is an event that happens all over the world and thanks to Katie Jones, a fellow expat here on the island, Gotland just celebrated it's second annual collaboration.
It's all about equality, saftey, standing up for the future, for trans rights, womens rights, LGBTQIA2+ rights. Its about being seen, heard, helping each other, and making the world a better place. Its about healing and growing and art and movement.
