$Session 1: Restoring Asia’s landscapes: Who heals when the land heals? Landscapes are inseparable from the lives, cultures and relationships they sustain. Yet extractive practices and environmental degradation continue to fracture ecosystems and communities. In response, Indigenous peoples, youth and local communities are leading restoration grounded in care, justice and collective wellbeing. From reviving degraded lands to renewing cultural knowledge and local economies, these efforts show that healing the land also heals people.
