At Beacon Ave S & S Cloverdale St in Seattle, WA, there are two identical very old four-way flashing signals. On the far signal (as on the near one, though not visible), part of the signal has an unused portion where a fourth flashing red orb would be visible. Because the signals were used at a wide intersection, where there are two four-way stops, the side facing the wrong-way down the one way streets is unused. The six visible faces are now LED.
