Previously, the intersection of Lander St and 4 Ave S (in Seattle, WA) used a slightly different Flashing Yellow Arrow configuration, whereby the red arrow was discarded in between the protected and permissive phases. As of May 2017, this phasing has been discontinued, and typical phasing (with the red arrow included) is now used.
