It's like a real-life version of Fear Factor. We recommend a paddle board, kayak or canoe... but that's just us. We know more about rattlesnakes than alligators, and if they're anything alike, there isn't much to worry about if you're not in their way. This is a fun and relaxing episode that includes some first impressions of our recent off-grid build, quality time with friends, great food, and "old Florida." By old Florida, we mean places that aren't the beach or other common tourist hot spots. In this episode, we leave Airstream Nuts & Bolts in Dadeville, AL, and make our way to Moonshine Acres RV Park in Fort White, FL, to meet up with friends and kayak Ichetucknee Springs. Along the way, we share some real-time numbers on how the AC is drawing from our battery bank and how the DC-to-DC charger is working.
