ℹ️ About the Episode: You probably wouldn’t believe it, but Trish isn’t exactly a natural behind the camera—at least, not when it comes to photography. And this episode is one giant photo shoot!
This Thursday, we’re hitting the road for a six-month adventure. We’ve mapped out an incredible route and a season theme we think you’re really going to love. But first, there’s a lot that happens between the seasons that we like to share. That time off the road gives us a chance to recharge, brainstorm new ideas, and stay connected with you—the community that makes it all possible. It also lets us spend quality time with family, catch up on doctor appointments, and tackle allllllll the responsibilities that come with full-time RV life. One big goal before we hit the road is wrapping up the photo shoot for our new cookbook, which comes out this summer! It's a 50 States Cookbook, featuring one signature dish from every state. As you can imagine, this project has been a big undertaking, but the hard part is behind us… except for the photos! The first shoot takes place at Fort De Soto Park with Trish and the Airstream. Then, Victoria and Duncan fly in to help capture all the dishes. This episode gives you a behind-the-scenes glimpse at what it really takes to bring food to life—on the page and on the plate!
