In this video I fire up my Oklahoma Joe's Highland Reverse Flow and make some pulled pork. This cook started with about a 10 pound pork butt and took about 7 hours to get the perfect pulled pork! I started the pit up with a chimney full of B & B Oak Lump Charcoal and burned hickory splits for the entire cook. I don't use my offset very often and when I have i'd use the charcoal basket but theres just an outstanding flavor you get when you burn all splits and have a good clean fire! I rubbed down the pork butt with Sucklebusters Honey BBQ Rub and Tailgaters BBQ Party Rub and it made for the most amazing bark and flavor on this pulled pork! If anyone is new to smoking regardless on the grill you have a highly suggest you start by smoking a pork butt and take it till probe tender, it's seriously such a forgiving cut of meat and super easy to get some really good pulled pork that you and your family can eat for the week! Thanks for watching and as always I'll see you in the next video! 🍻🍻
