I show multiple potential methods for skipping the Agata bridge without using the KT glitch. This would save time in NG any% by allowing the Spider Queen and bridge minigame to be skipped, though you would still have to go through most of Tsuta Ruins to get Vine.

Unfortunately, it seems that it's narrowly impossible. The devs made the river just wide enough that no combination of jumps and tackles can successfully cross.

I also demonstrate a potential route to an OoB in Agata, which could also hypothetically lead to a bridge skip by jumping across the river from the cliff geometry. This doesn't seem feasible, however.
