Oil-Free Dill Pickle Potato Chips  @nutritionstudies

Looking for a delicious and creative way to use the pickle brine from all of your homemade pickles this summer? This recipe is a must-try.

Ingredients:
3 medium russet potatoes
1 C pickle brine
2 t black pepper
2 t garlic powder
1 t onion powder
dash of red pepper flakes
Fresh dill
.
Method:
1. Thinly slice the potatoes. Add them to a bowl, along with the remaining ingredients, except for the fresh dill. Soak them in the brine mixture for up to three hours.
2. Layer chips in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes. Then, flip the chips and sprinkle with fresh dill. Bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, until chips are golden and crispy.
3. Serve and enjoy!
