Weeewwhh,,uhh, yea, this round is way overdue and took wayyy too long lmao, motivation was kinda low with this one especially in the beginning and middle of the editing process, but I think it turned out pretty good in the end. I still believe my round 9 is my best round in this match and easily my most visually and technically impressive tennis round period. This round is great in its own right though for the dark and vel17-esque atmosphere that I admittedly planned from the start
Spelled out my name at the beginning using a single star I saw in the night sky of my backyard. Also made usage of my mom’s camera equipment from 0:25-0:40 as she is an avid and professional photographer (thanks mom!). Whole s.maharba section in particular uses a variety of irl-recorded footage of mine, including recordings of the “aberrant” furry rave I went to in Feb-March, fireworks I recorded as a pre-teen on New Year’s Day 2020, urban life in Winnipeg and also Edmonton during the time I visited there in October, and even a recording of outside my plane window when arriving in the latter city
Feels really good to get this match off my plate after it just looming there for a while lol
